🔒 Tennis Cricket — Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Tennis Cricket handles personal information when you create and use a player account. The app is designed to collect only information needed for player identity, account access, player discovery and cricket features.
বাংলা: এই নোটিশে Tennis Cricket অ্যাপে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার ও সুরক্ষিত রাখা হয় তা জানানো হয়েছে। অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ক্রিকেট-সংক্রান্ত সুবিধার জন্য যতটুকু প্রয়োজন, ততটুকু তথ্যই সংগ্রহের লক্ষ্য।
1. Information we ask for
- Full name and mobile number for account identification and login.
- Password, stored as a one-way password hash; the original password is not stored.
- Adult self-registration requires age confirmation (18+). Address is limited to State, District and Locality only. Nickname, cricket role, ground name and profile photo are optional. Players under 18 are registered only through a verified adult parent/lawful guardian account with separate recorded consent for each child; children have no independent login.
- Availability, cricket performance, tournament, team, match, scoring, helpdesk and community information that you choose to provide while using those features.
Standard registration does not request Aadhaar, PAN, proof-of-address, identity-document screenshots, house numbers or street addresses. Do not upload such documents.

- Availability, Performance, Tournament, Match, Score, Helpdesk ও Community-তে আপনি যে তথ্য দেন তা সংশ্লিষ্ট সুবিধার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।
সাধারণ রেজিস্ট্রেশনে আধার, PAN, ঠিকানার প্রমাণ, বাড়ির নম্বর বা রাস্তার ঠিকানা চাওয়া হয় না। এই ধরনের ডকুমেন্ট আপলোড করবেন না।
2. Public profile and privacy choices
Your mobile and WhatsApp number, password hash, exact PIN and private account data are not part of public player search. Public sharing of your name, photo, adult age, cricket role, State/District/Locality and performance is off by default. Child profiles are not discoverable until a verified guardian explicitly enables permitted fields. You may turn on only the fields you want to share in your profile settings. Public profile details can be seen by other app users and may be copied by viewers.
বাংলা: মোবাইল নম্বর, WhatsApp নম্বর, পাসওয়ার্ডের Hash, সুনির্দিষ্ট PIN ও ব্যক্তিগত অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য পাবলিক সার্চে দেখানো হয় না। নাম, ছবি, প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের বয়স, ক্রিকেটের ভূমিকা, State/District/Locality এবং পারফরম্যান্স দেখানোর অনুমতি ডিফল্টভাবে বন্ধ। যাচাইকৃত অভিভাবক অনুমতি না দিলে শিশুর প্রোফাইল Public Search-এ আসবে না। প্রোফাইল সেটিংস থেকে আপনি নির্দিষ্ট তথ্য প্রকাশের অনুমতি দিতে পারেন।
3. Why the information is used
- Create and secure your account, authenticate you and prevent abuse.
- Enable player discovery, team rosters, tournaments, matches, scoring and availability.
- Provide helpdesk, moderation, support and essential service announcements.
- Maintain security logs, backups, restore capability and service reliability.
Information is not intended to be sold. Access should be limited to the player, authorized administrators and service providers strictly needed to operate the service.

4. Security and retention
Security measures include password hashing, access checks, rate limits, HTTPS for public deployment, protected database access, security logging and backups. No online service can guarantee zero risk. Information is retained only as long as needed for the service, legal requirements, dispute handling and safe backups. Backup copies may remain until their scheduled rotation and deletion.
বাংলা: নিরাপত্তার জন্য Password Hashing, Permission Check, Rate Limit, Public Hosting-এ HTTPS, Database Access Control, Security Log ও Backup-এর ব্যবস্থা রাখা হয়। কোনো অনলাইন পরিষেবায় শূন্য ঝুঁকির নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া যায় না। প্রয়োজন ও প্রযোজ্য আইনি দায়িত্ব অনুযায়ী তথ্য রাখা হবে; ব্যাকআপ নির্ধারিত মেয়াদ পর্যন্ত থাকতে পারে।
5. Your choices and requests
You can edit your profile and public-visibility choices. For account correction, deletion, privacy questions or a concern about misuse, contact the Tennis Cricket service administrator through the in-app Helpdesk. A request may require account verification before action. Do not send passwords or one-time codes to support.
বাংলা: আপনি নিজের প্রোফাইল ও কোন তথ্য পাবলিক হবে তা পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন। তথ্য সংশোধন, অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ বা গোপনীয়তার প্রশ্নের জন্য অ্যাপের Helpdesk-এ যোগাযোগ করুন। প্রয়োজন হলে পরিচয় যাচাই করা হবে। কখনো পাসওয়ার্ড বা OTP পাঠাবেন না।
6. Children and age
Players under 18 may participate through a parent/lawful guardian-managed profile, not an independent child login. The adult must first create an adult account and request guardian verification. An administrator must check the adult's identity and age using reliable details or an authorised verification token before any child details are submitted. The guardian then gives separate, recorded consent for each child profile. No identity document copy or ID number should be uploaded into the app. Child profiles are private by default; age, mobile and guardian details are never public. Even with guardian approval for basic player discovery, child performance histories and availability calendars are not exposed in public search or public profile details. The guardian may manage the profile and request withdrawal; the profile is hidden from public discovery if consent is withdrawn. A team roster submitter must also confirm that any under-18 player is added by or with permission from a parent/lawful guardian. Children's performance histories and availability calendars are never exposed through public player search or public profile details.
বাংলা: ১৮ বছরের কম খেলোয়াড় Parent/Lawful Guardian-এর মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত প্রোফাইলে অংশ নিতে পারবে; শিশুর নিজস্ব Login থাকবে না। অভিভাবক প্রথমে Adult Account তৈরি করে যাচাইয়ের আবেদন করবেন। নির্ভরযোগ্য পরিচয় ও বয়সের তথ্য অথবা অনুমোদিত যাচাই Token দিয়ে Admin অভিভাবককে যাচাই করার পরেই শিশুর তথ্য নেওয়া যাবে। প্রতিটি শিশুর জন্য আলাদা সম্মতি রেকর্ড হবে। অ্যাপে Aadhaar/PAN বা অন্য পরিচয়পত্রের কপি/নম্বর আপলোড করবেন না। শিশুর প্রোফাইল ডিফল্টভাবে Private; বয়স, মোবাইল ও অভিভাবকের তথ্য পাবলিক দেখানো হবে না। শিশুর Performance History ও Availability Calendar কোনো Public Search/Profile-এ প্রকাশ হবে না। টিম রোস্টারে ১৮ বছরের কম খেলোয়াড় যোগ করলে Parent/Lawful Guardian-এর অনুমতি নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। অভিভাবক অনুমতি দিলেও শিশুর Performance History ও Availability Calendar পাবলিক সার্চ/প্রোফাইলে প্রকাশ হবে না। সম্মতি প্রত্যাহার হলে শিশুর প্রোফাইল Public Search থেকে সরিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
Before public launch, the guardian identity/age verification method, consent evidence, withdrawal and retention process need legal review for the applicable Indian DPDP Act/Rules timeline.
7. Important safety note
Use a unique password. Keep your phone secure. Do not share your Player login, Admin credentials or invitation links with unknown people. Report suspicious activity to the administrator.
বাংলা: অন্য কোথাও ব্যবহার করেননি এমন পাসওয়ার্ড ব্যবহার করুন। নিজের ফোন ও লগইন তথ্য সুরক্ষিত রাখুন। অচেনা ব্যক্তিকে Admin তথ্য বা আমন্ত্রণ লিংক দেবেন না। সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপ Admin-কে জানান।
