Admin login
On Windows, look for the initial password at %LOCALAPPDATA%\TennisCricketApp\.tc_admin_initial_password.txt. Change it immediately after logging in. If the file is absent, do not delete the database; inspect the backend startup log and current data directory.

Safe operations
Download a verified SQLite backup before testing upgrades. Restore only while the backend is stopped using RESTORE_DATABASE_SAFE.bat and never overwrite your only copy.
Match cancellation changes status; it does not delete the match. Player blocking prevents login and hides the player from public search, but the registration, Player ID, availability, performance, invitations, and match selections remain in the database. Unblock can restore access.

Parent / Legal Guardian Verification
Only review requests after checking that the applicant is an adult parent or lawful guardian using reliable identity-and-age details or an authorised verification token. Never upload or type Aadhaar/PAN/ID numbers into this console. This action requires Admin Authenticator MFA.
Community Content Moderation
Authorized Admins can review community posts and player-to-player message content for safety. Players should be informed in the community/privacy notice. Hide actions are reversible and never delete the stored content.

View tournaments and rosters. Admin can add a manual player list to any existing team; entries are appended without deleting submitted players. A roster is complete for intended use at 13–30 players.
Team Roster Share Links
Create a team invitation link, share it with players, and collect names for the integrated Scoring System.
Local test links work only when the receiving device can reach this website and backend. Public Internet sharing requires hosting and HTTPS.
✍️ Manual Player List — Master Match Team
Choose an existing team link and add names directly. Enter one player per line; optional format: Player Name | Role. Nothing is removed or overwritten. Maximum 30 players per team.
Team Roster Invitation Links
Select an existing Master match and team name. Send the generated link to the team contact. Players submit their names; Refresh Matches in scoring to load the roster. LAN test links work only when the receiving phone can reach the advertised LAN IP on the same Wi-Fi. Public sharing requires HTTPS hosting.
Integrated Match Scoring
Scoring uses Master matches and stores event logs in the same backend database. This is a local integration build; keep backend on 127.0.0.1.

Subscription Plans
Paid plans are not activated automatically from a player/device. Admin must verify payment independently and explicitly approve the request. This is a manual verification workflow; no payment gateway is configured in this test build.

🔐 Admin Security & Privacy
Enable an authenticator app (TOTP) for an additional login factor. Save the setup secret in a password manager. Never send it to anyone. This is an extra security control, not a replacement for HTTPS and secure hosting.
Manual setup secret
Add this secret to Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password or another TOTP app. Then enter the current 6-digit code below. Keep the secret private.
Cost & Storage Guard
These are local backend counters, not a cloud provider invoice or a guaranteed spending cap. Public production hosting must set a provider-side budget, alert and a true hard quota/automatic pause where available.
